Who we are
This policy applies to the website operated by Oktogo Cleaning Co., a cleaning company serving Metro Detroit. It covers information submitted through this website; it does not replace any separate agreement that may apply to a confirmed cleaning service or employment relationship.
Information we collect

- Estimate requests: your name, email, phone number, service address, home or business details, cleaning preferences and any notes you include.
- Job applications: your contact information, city and ZIP code, work experience, availability, transportation and work authorization responses, and other information you provide.
- Communications: information you send when you call, email or otherwise contact us.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, dates of birth, medical records or other sensitive documents through our public forms.
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and timestamps, for delivery, reliability and security. To slow automated abuse, this site stores a one-way keyed digest of a request address with a short-lived request count; it does not store the raw address in the rate-limit table.
How we use information
- Respond to estimate requests and arrange cleaning services.

- Provide customer service and answer questions.
- Protect the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
- Meet legal, accounting and operational obligations.
When information is shared
We may share information with personnel and contractors who need it to respond to your request, and with providers that help us run the website. Current website providers include Vercel for hosting and image storage and Turso for database hosting. Those providers process information under their own contractual terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell information submitted through this site or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not currently use advertising trackers or public-facing analytics cookies. A secure, essential session cookie is used only after an authorized administrator logs in. If our practices change, we will update this policy and add any choices required by law.
Retention and security
We retain estimate requests, applications and related communications only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention can vary depending on the record and our relationship with you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted administrative access, encrypted transport, validated inputs and abuse controls. No online system can promise absolute security, so please avoid sending information we do not need.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted through this website. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. If you receive texts from us, reply STOP to opt out of further text messages; you may still receive a response through another method you requested.
Children and location
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The website and its service providers operate in the United States, so information may be processed and stored in the United States.
